Quandary

Ok, so I've been told that I have this knack, or talent, if you will for finding things. I seem to have a roving eye of sorts, and a memory to match. I can spot things for others that they themselves can't find. I have a problem with this: Why is it that I can never use this talent for my self? Irony? I guess? Funny actually. I guess I was one chosen to be in the service (and abuse) of others (Selfless? I can't tell). Funny also how things are usually unavailable or out of my reach when I find them. And how dissapointing "settling" for substitutes is.

Also, I have this talent for "profiling" people by checking out what's in their wallets/their stuff.
